Please note that if the request is submitted after the required notice period, the department cannot guarantee that the work will be delivered on time.
What to include?
To ensure that our team can provide the service within the notice period, please ensure that you include all of the following information:
- Text (approved by line manager and sent in hard copy)
- High-quality photos (if applicable)
- PIS approval (for purchase or printing if applicable)
Note that once completed, we will show you a final draft for approval. At this stage, we will only make minor edits. No wholesale changes to the design or content will be permitted at this point.
